MUST HAVE

• 5–10+ years of engineering experience delivering production data/AI/analytics solutions
• 3+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry and/or AIP experience, including:
  • Designing complex ontologies and workflows.
  • Integration with multiple enterprise systems (≥5 data sources).
• Proven track record of leading implementations end-to-end: from discovery and PoC through to production deployment.
• Strong communication skills; able to interface with both business stakeholders and senior technical counterparts.

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior leadership of squads in multi-party environments (client + platform provider + vendor).
• Insurance domain experience (especially exposure management, underwriting, or submissions).
• Experience establishing ways of working (agile ceremonies, governance, release processes) across distributed teams.
