Your role and main tasks
The goal:
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns that directly contribute to business growth
- Maximize ROI and efficiency across platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Translate business goals into full-funnel media strategies
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Scale ad performance while maintaining or improving KPIs
Daily tasks:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor performance metrics (CPA, CTR, etc.) and optimize campaigns in real-time
- Analyze data and identify actionable insights for continuous performance improvement
- Manage budgets and pacing across multiple campaigns and clients
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief, review, and test ad creatives
Projects:
- Work on strategy for paid social lead campaigns
- Optimizing the current campaigns (both static & DPA formats)
- Ramping up Video Ads stategy
- Testing new Paid Social channels
You will need
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager: campaign structuring, A/B testing, remarketing
- Knowledge of Meta dynamic product ads, Pixel
- Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret KPIs (CPA, CTR, CPM) and turn insights into action
- Experience developing paid social strategies from scratch (media planning, budget allocation, channel mix)
- Experienced in both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge in Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of feed tool management
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Smartly etc.)
Personal requirement for the candidate:
- Proactive, data-driven, and self-sufficient – someone who brings ideas to the table, not just executes
- Passionate about paid social and up to date with the latest trends, formats, and targeting options
- Strong communicator – able to explain complex campaign performance clearly to team
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets – able to build reports, analyze raw data, create pivot tables, and perform advanced functions
