Knowledge of Polish is a plus but not a requirement – what matters most is your passion and dedication to making an impact in the global media landscape.

We are currently seeking a dedicated  Paid Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing social campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Effective interaction and strong communication with regional teams (Europe, U.S.)
• Supporting campaign launches and set up on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin
• Ensuring campaign compliance with GroupM guidelines
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign checks across channels/platforms
• Ensuring data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and GroupM software
• Producing daily campaign reports, including pacing, data inputting, and commentary for regional Media Activation teams

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Fluency in English
• 1,5+ years experience in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns (experience with other platforms is a bonus)
• Strong analytics skills and affinity for numbers
• Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing goals and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Being eager to work directly from Poland
