Responsibilities

• Collaborate and support your team in executing and optimizing paid search campaigns.
• Report and analyze dashboard data.
• Work closely with the Senior Specialist to manage Amazon Ads budgets.
• Ensure adherence to agreed service level agreements and manage tasks through our workflow systems to deliver on time.
• Conduct daily diagnostics to ensure zero errors, manage risks and maintain consistent process adherence with senior team supervision.
• Collect requirements to respond to briefs, including keywords, targets, ad assets and more.
• Help foster partnership with clients and participate in client meetings.
• Actively participate in the wider search community through internal team meetings, training and events.

Requirements

• You are a self‑starter with a passion for data analysis and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of paid search (nice to have).
• Exceptional attention to detail and clear processes in your work; evidence of data analysis experience.
• You can manage multiple tasks and differing priorities.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good English level; fluent Polish.
• Effective communication skills; you will be able to discuss performance and optimizations with clients.
