Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the partnerships strategy, from planning and execution to performance management across all partnership channels, including podcasts and influencers.
  • Lead and manage the Partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, product, design and data teams to strengthen sustainable growth and user acquisition performance across the Partnerships channel.
  • Take part in negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements and valuable partnerships.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the effective use of tools, processes, and resources to drive team efficiency.
  • Track and monitor key metrics, analyze data to inform decision‑making, and use insights to optimize performance and ensure continuous growth.
  • Constantly seek innovations – new channels, niches, funnels, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing, preferably with B2B products.
  • Proven track record of closing strategic deals and hitting ambitious targets.
  • Experience in leading high‑performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and clear, confident communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and lead projects from inception to completion.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
  • Strong analytical skills, confident with analyzing data.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 16100 – 29800 PLN per month.
