**Key Responsibilities** **Key Skills & Experience** Minimum **3 years of hands-on experience** managing programmatic and display campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing or media agency environment. Proficiency in major DSPs such as Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, or equivalent reporting platforms. Experience managing display and video campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and social platforms. Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, creative, and data teams. Experience in financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries. Knowledge of CRM data integration and dynamic creative optimisation (DCO). Familiarity with tag management systems and basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
