Packaging Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Management of packaging suppliers and repair services suppliers
• Participation in negotiations
• Assures packaging replenishment on-time based on planning – production 24/7;
• Purchasing orders administration
• Cooperation with plants
• Assures quality of packaging purchased according standards and specifications;
• Procurement of new suppliers;
• Participation in projects regarding packaging optimization;
• Prepares reports and references at the request

Our requirements

• University degree (preferably in management, engineering, logistics)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Fluent Polish and English
• Knowledge of Office tools – Excel
• Negotiation skills
• Driving license for category B
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally
• Proactive attitude and willingness to look for new solutions
• Independence, responsibility and commitment
• Communication skills, openness to cooperation
• High interpersonal skills and ease in establishing contacts
• SAP knowledge
• German language skills
