We’re looking for an experienced Packaging Manager to take charge of a large-scale department with 250 talented team members. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the packaging team, fostering engagement and building technical competencies.
- Oversee all aspects of the packaging process, ensuring parameter stability, alignment with production plans, and compliance with quality and cost standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety standards for employees and external contractors.
- Ensure process consistency in line with group requirements, SOPs, and operational systems.
- Manage and optimize budgets for fixed and variable costs within the packaging area.
- Initiate and monitor technical and capital investment projects, managing complex projects effectively.
- Coordinate internal material logistics and lead trials of new raw materials and packaging components to improve quality and cost efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build team engagement.
- Higher technical education, preferably in packaging technology or production management.
- Several years of experience managing large teams in FMCG.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production within a similar-scale business environment.
- Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects.
- Excellent command of English.
