Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the packaging team, fostering engagement and building technical competencies.
• Oversee all aspects of the packaging process, ensuring parameter stability, alignment with production plans, and compliance with quality and cost standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety standards for employees and external contractors.
• Ensure process consistency in line with group requirements, SOPs, and operational systems.
• Manage and optimize budgets for fixed and variable costs within the packaging area.
• Initiate and monitor technical and capital investment projects, managing complex projects effectively.
• Coordinate internal material logistics and lead trials of new raw materials and packaging components to improve quality and cost efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership skills and ability to build team engagement.
• Higher technical education, preferably in packaging technology or production management.
• Several years of experience managing large teams in FMCG.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production within a similar-scale business environment.
• Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects.
• Excellent command of English.
