We are looking for a Packaging Content Operations Project Manager for our client in the medical services area!

What we expect

• bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) with 2 years of packaging graphics experience within the creative and/or printing industry or High School Diploma with 2 years of packaging graphics experience within the creative and/or printing industry
• proficiency in English at a minimum level of C1
• experience in design, art production or graphic arts related field
• knowledge of FDA regulation and uniform packaging laws and regulations
• knowledge of healthcare packaging industry - nice to have
• ability to manage high volumes, shifting priorities, and tight timelines
• proficiency in MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• adaptable to work in a variety of systems and tools as needed
• attention to detail and strong time management skills

Your tasks

• supporting the production and execution of artwork and small-scale design adaptation for
  projects simple to moderate in scope (packaging design updates, labeling, artwork specs, etc.)
• adhering to packaging guidelines to ensure artwork consistency and design content accuracy
• assisting in pulling artwork, redlines and documentation of changes as required by the business
• data entry of packaging projects to Loftware Smartflow to initiate work with vendors
• managing artwork routing and timelines to effectively deliver updated artwork per deadlines
• adapting and working well with defined approaches, systems and processes
• building and maintaining key relationships
