We are looking for a Packaging Content Operations Project Manager for our client in the medical services area!

What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) with 2 years of packaging graphics experience within the creative and/or printing industry or High School Diploma with 2 years of packaging graphics experience within the creative and/or printing industry
• Proficiency in English at a minimum level of C1
• Experience in design, art production or graphic arts related field
• Knowledge of FDA regulation and uniform packaging laws and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage high volumes, shifting priorities, and tight timelines
• Adaptable to work in a variety of systems and tools as needed
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Knowledge of healthcare packaging industry - nice to have

Your tasks

• Supporting the production and execution of artwork and small-scale design adaptation for projects simple to moderate in scope (packaging design updates, labeling, artwork specs, etc.)
• Adhering to packaging guidelines to ensure artwork consistency and design content accuracy
• Assisting in pulling artwork, redlines and documentation of changes as required by the business
• Data entry of packaging projects to Loftware Smartflow to initiate work with vendors
• Managing artwork routing and timelines to effectively deliver updated artwork per deadlines
• Adapting and working well with defined approaches, systems and processes
• Building and maintaining key relationships
