• Manage end-to-end delivery of packaging, artwork, and print projects through defined internal processes.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate accurate and timely invoicing; escalate issues as needed.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and customer contacts.
• Ensure all project milestones, risks, and deliverables are clearly communicated.
• Attend customer meetings and provide weekly activity projections and updates.
• Support critical path planning aligned with client launch schedules.
• Champion process adherence and continuous improvement across all project stages.
• Oversee packaging processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with brand and legal standards.
• Agree and manage critical paths, prioritising multiple projects at different stages.
• Proofread and check packaging artwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Brief artwork to production agencies and manage approvals.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external design agencies.
• Use client artwork portals and track printed item quality.
• Report weekly artwork updates and manage ad hoc project tasks.

• 2+ years of experience in project management, ideally in artwork, reprographics, or print.
• Previous experience in a packaging and design environment.
• Strong project management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written—with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; adaptable to bespoke systems.
• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and a collaborative team player.
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Professional and presentable, with experience in fast-paced client environments.
