YOUR TASKS
- Efficiently manage and monitor work done by the team members to deliver high-quality services.
- Monitor SLA/KPI results and handle client queries.
- Provide statuses and metrics reporting to the client.
- Conduct internal projects and manage processes within P2P independently.
- Work closely with the client and maintain a good working relationship.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the P2P or similar area.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach.
- Ability to work under time pressure, flexibility, and adaptability to changing task schedules.
- Very good customer service skills and client-focused attitude.
- Multitasking ability and capability to organize own and team’s work according to procedures.
- Knowledge of SAP.
