We look for a candidate that will be part of our P2P EMEA team. The successful candidate will lead the P2P Internal Finance team in one of the EMEA subregions and ensure process compliance with Group governance. The P2P Supervisor will drive continuous improvements and care about relationships with stakeholders. In this role it is important to be a contact person for team members and internal clients on more complex matters.
At this role you will have the possibility to work mostly remotely or in a hybrid model from the office in Katowice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the team of approximately 15 people
- Ensuring accuracy in daily operations, meeting deadlines & KPIs
- Planning work of the P2P team – analysing productivity of all team members, ensuring equal assignment of tasks and attainment of targets
- Setting goals and arranging the resources for the team to excel
- Providing support to local business entities and vendors with ad‑hoc issues and urgent requests
- Building a committed team and influencing others to act
- Contact for resolving more complex issues
- Providing ongoing feedback relating to the work performed
Key Requirements
- University degree, preferably in finance, accounting or economics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, experience with managing people
- Very good command of English (both verbal and written)
- Advanced knowledge of the P2P end‑to‑end process
- Team‑organising skills
- Open‑mindedness, ability to support and mentor individuals and willingness to give and receive constructive feedback
- Knowledge of IFRS is preferable
- Ability to identify and solve problems proactively
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
