Job Opportunity: P2P Supervisor | Finance & Accounting BPO
Job location: Hybrid from Wroclaw
Due to our ongoing growth, we are currently seeking motivated professionals for the position of P2P Supervisor within our Finance & Accounting BPO organization.
In this role, you will oversee end-to-end AP operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, process compliance, and continuous improvement. You will lead a team of P2P specialists supporting the EMEA region and collaborate closely with client. The ideal candidate brings solid knowledge of P2P processes, with leadership experience and a background in working in a growing multinational organization.
Strong people management experience, including team leadership, performance management, and coaching.
Proven experience in P2P or F&A operations within a BPO or shared services environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with international stakeholders in a dynamic and evolving organization.
English fluency required; additional European languages are an advantage.
Lead and supervise the P2P team responsible for delivering services to sites across the EMEA region.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of all P2P activities, meeting established SLA and KPI targets.
Organize daily team operations, including workload allocation, staffing planning, backup coverage, and cross‑training.
Foster a positive team culture built on trust, open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Coach, mentor, and support team members in their professional development.
Monitor process performance, promptly identify risks or deviations, and initiate root‑cause analysis.
Drive and support initiatives aimed at improving P2P performance, process efficiency, and automation opportunities.
Ensure month‑end closing activities are completed accurately and on time.
Review and validate account reconciliations, ensuring aged items are followed up and resolved.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in transitions, migrations, and process stabilization activities in cooperation with Project Management.
Support P2P transactions in line with internal policies and applicable accounting and regulatory standards.
Keep Standard Operating Procedures and process documentation up to date, reflecting best practices and organizational standards.
