We’re looking for P2P Solution Architect (Basware)

Job Description:

As a P2P Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end procure-to-pay solutions. You will work closely with our P2P team to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions utilizing Basware and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with P2P team to gather and analyze business requirements related to procurement, invoicing, and payment processes.
2. Design and architect P2P solutions using Basware and other relevant technologies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives.
3. Develop comprehensive solution architectures, including system integrations, data flows, and process workflows.
4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
5. Conduct solution demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the proposed P2P solution and its benefits.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including other solution architects, developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
7. Act as a subject matter expert on P2P processes and technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on P2P solutions.
2. Strong expertise in Basware or similar P2P platforms.
3. In-depth knowledge of procurement, invoicing, and payment processes.
4. Experience designing and implementing system integrations using APIs, EDI, or other integration methods.
5. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
9. Relevant certifications (e.g., Basware Certification) are a plus.
10. Nice to have – some exposure to other finance applications (e.g. planning and consolidation systems).
