Are you an experienced P2P professional ready to drive large-scale transformation initiatives? Join us and help deliver best-in-class procurement and payment solutions for global clients. Your responsibilities As a P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Manager – Expert, you will lead end-to-end P2P transformation programs, from assessment and design to implementation. You’ll define and deliver process frameworks, policies, and controls, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry benchmarks. This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, IT, and Shared Services, and supporting solution architecture using leading P2P technologies such as SAP ECC / S/4HANA (MM, FI), OpenText VIM, and procurement platforms like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua. You will also conduct workshops, capture requirements, and guide implementation teams, providing subject matter expertise on supplier onboarding, PO compliance, invoice matching, workflow automation, and payment controls. Your proactive approach will ensure successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction. Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process. Our requirements Minimum 10 years in Procure-to-Pay process design and execution. At least 5 years in a managerial or lead consultant role on transformation programs. Deep knowledge of the full P2P lifecycle: sourcing, purchasing, invoice processing, and payment. Strong hands-on experience with SAP (must-have), VIM, Oracle, and other leading technologies. Exposure to global delivery models and complex client environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and Polish.
