Your Role

As an integral part of Capgemini’s IFAO Project & Consulting Team, you will guide clients toward large‑scale transformations using automation and technology solutions at the forefront of innovation in the P2P area. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of business operations and take responsibility for fine‑tuning and orchestrating technology‑enabled transformation projects.

Your Tasks

• Participate in process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Consultants and Managers in development of agreed project deliverables for internal and external clients.
• Support projects related to target operating model design, process design, maturity assessment, benchmarking, or GBS/SSC set up.
• Conduct automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, Gen AI/Agentic implementation, transition, training delivery, change management and similar activities.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, DGEM Benchmarking, ESOAR and other process improvement methodologies to the area of expertise for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and own project deliverables such as documentation of process challenges, improvement opportunities, business requirement documents, solution documents, technical designs, and benchmarking reports.
• Gather data and perform analyses that identify improvement recommendations for clients.
• Make convincing presentations and put ideas forward to clients under close supervision of the project manager.
• Facilitate meetings within your business area.
• Learn consulting techniques related to problem solving, design thinking, selling, and delivery of convincing presentations.
• Keep abreast of technological developments and suggest technology‑related improvements within the expertise area.
• Build knowledge of Capgemini’s market‑leading assets such as DGEM, S4 transformation, ESOAR, RPA technologies.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience and strong process knowledge within finance (P2P – Accounts Payable, Master Data, Payments, T&E).
• Experience in process documentation (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks).
• Continuous improvement and innovation mindset and experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ready for project‑type work with frequent client interactions.
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience in at least one ERP: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle.
• Awareness of non‑ERP process‑supporting tools within P2P (Opentext, Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Readsoft/Kofax, etc.).
• Awareness of Intelligent Automation, RPA and Gen AI & Agentic capabilities.
• Awareness of GBS/SSC/BPO operating models and industry.
• Demonstrated proactiveness and self‑reliant approach with limited supervision.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Optional Skills

• Transition and other project work experience with client exposure.
• Experience in process mapping in Visio, Business Optix, Signavio or similar (BPMN notation awareness).
• Experience conducting workshops and meetings with 5+ participants.
