Tasks:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions
• Supervise a team of procurement specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align procurement activities with organizational goals
• Implement and improve procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations across all procurement activities
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance
• Oversee invoice processing, payment cycles, and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Utilize procurement software and ERP systems to streamline workflows and generate reports for management
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement cycle
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all procurement transactions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in procure-to-pay processes, preferably within a multinational or large-scale organization
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent understanding of procurement policies, compliance standards, and internal controls
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba)
• Exceptional negotiation and supplier management abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Relevant certifications such as CIPS or APICS are advantageous
• High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
