We are looking for an experienced P2P Manager to lead our international team within the Finance Shared Service Centre. This role combines people leadership, process excellence, and stakeholder collaboration – perfect for someone who enjoys making an impact across people, processes, and performance.
Your key responsibilities
• Lead and develop the team – manage P2P Leads and Junior Managers, support team growth, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee end-to-end P2P processes – from purchasing and invoices to travel & expenses and payments, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
• Drive process improvements – monitor KPIs/SLAs, lead automation and standardization initiatives, and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance and controls – safeguard processes against risks, support audits, and strengthen internal controls.
• Build strong partnerships – work closely with Local Finance, Procurement, Controlling, and auditors; manage escalations effectively.
• Deliver reporting & projects – oversee month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and contribute to local and global projects.
