YOUR TASKS

  • Support the operational delivery of the invoice processing activity of the client.
  • Provide a quality check function for the team, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that the daily activities within their Team’s responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets.
  • Help monitor daily workload of team addressing bottlenecks and ensuring payments are processed within SLA.
  • Provide quality check for invoices processing, releasing holds and monitoring performance on accuracy.
  • Make decisions on process issues/queries and sensitive individual cases.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum English & French at CEFR Grade B2 (Upper intermediate) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in P2P/AP with experience in a leadership/team coordination role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel etc.).
