RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage OEM/OES Projects (Component, System with known technology components)
2. Ensure the profitability of the Project at SOP (e.g. through productivity actions, charge-back, passthrough, etc.)
3. Responsible for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability (both product/development vs Development Activity Payback and Extended Margin), Quality and Production Preparation (PA, FDPR, IS, etc.)
4. Check and validate Project Team Members activities and propose timing scenarios to achieve milestones
5. Conduct concept competitions to obtain customer orders (prefer: on a case-by-case basis)
6. Define and manage the budget including the budget of Projects part of the Project/System
7. Define the scope of projects
8. Prepare decision-making processes for relevant committees and challenge project team readiness
9. Prepare and submit CAA and IAR (Project level) and challenge the Launch Managers of the Project
10. Manage all project changes (internal and customer) and coordinate through the team
11. Apply Design to Cost methodology
12. Escalate at the right level and with relevant speed/anticipation the gaps versus targets
13. Lead AAI and development of all PTMs from the team
14. Ensure pre-serial deliveries on time
15. Manage communication with Customers on Project development progress
16. Keep client(s) updated on Project progress
17. Prepare/validate reports on Project development progress to PLC, PSC, PMC and to all Governance stages when required
18. Manage customer relationships (local and central) and coordinate communication within the team and with P2/P1 projects associated

YOUR PROFILE:

1. University education in a technical area
2. Previous experience in managing projects in automotive - min. 2 years
3. Experience in R&D development is a plus
