Position: Overseas Sales Manager - Environmental Protection Equipment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and market development for environmental protection equipment in overseas markets, primarily focusing on Poland and the Schengen Area. This includes managing flue gas desulfurization, catalyst dust removal, and EPC projects.
  • Manage the complete sales process, including business negotiations, collaboration with the technical team to ensure proper testing and technical specifications, contract signing, project execution, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and expand partnerships, deploy resources effectively, and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team to drive growth in international business markets.
  • Represent the company at promotional events such as exhibitions, roadshows, and product tours.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in customer communication and independent project management, particularly within the coal power plant industry.
  • Strong industry connections, particularly in the team’s accomplishments within sectors such as power, iron, and steel smelting, cement, minerals, and other environmental flue gas treatment areas.
  • While individual achievements are valuable, the emphasis should be placed on introducing the team’s accomplishments.
  • Experience with Meike, Hitachi, CERAM, Johnson Matthey, or Cormetech is preferred.
  • The candidate should hold Polish citizenship or a Schengen visa holder.
