ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW: - Lead and coordinate the department’s activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Collaborate with the Line Manager to define and assign project tasks, manage deliverables, schedules, and costs
- Supervise construction teams across different project phases and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Take ownership of the department’s profit and loss (P&L) performance
- Provide expertise on Polish construction procedures and legal requirements
- Support negotiations, contract management, and the acquisition of permits and licenses from local authorities
- Ensure that all project activities adhere to national and local regulations
- Act as a liaison between the engineering department and local engineering companies
- Manage project documentation and cooperate with design and technical teams to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Support tenders, assist in identifying new customers and suppliers, and monitor contract progress
- Assist in recruiting and managing personnel required for project execution
- Provide direction, guidance, and motivation to ensure maximum team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for the Line Manager and clients
- Monitor key project metrics including cost, schedule, and deliverables
- Identify potential risks, propose mitigation measures, and ensure timely corrective actions
WYMAGANIA: - Proven experience in construction or infrastructure project management, preferably within railway, power supply, or OCS-related fields
- Strong understanding of Polish construction laws, permits, and administrative procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
