Our Growth team focuses on iterating Unique Value Proposition experiments on specific market segments to rapidly validate our go-to-market hypotheses and iteratively learn our clients’ challenges and needs.

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of those growth initiatives. You will be responsible for ideating and building contact lists, enriching lists built by our marketing activities, initiating the first contact, and scheduling further sales meetings for BDMs with the SQLs that you positively qualify. You will work together with the marketing team and hand in hand with BDMs, BA and tech experts, whose task is to close deals that you deliver.

You will leverage a variety of smart growth-hacking methods, contact list enrichment solutions, and automated as well as manual outbound tools and creative methods. Your experience in testing and using multiple lead and communication channels, including phone calls, emails and LinkedIn, to identify, qualify, will be invaluable to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.

Your goals will be to generate high potential deals, but also to learn new market insights and help us improve our service-market fit and develop our offerings.


Key information:

  • Salary: base salary depending on the experience (8000 – 10.000 net B2B)
  • additionally: bonuses for exceeding quotas and additional revenue from SQLs generated
  • Location: remotely (office space available in Gdansk, Katowice, Berlin)


It is vital that you have: 

  • Recent experience in outbound sales (2+ years), active outreach, and B2B lead generation
  • Experience in selling software development services and projects
  • Proficiency in sales automation tools, basic (LinkedIn automation, Apollo, Woodpecker, and similar)
  • Technical proficiency sufficient for basic scripting, data enrichment and data cleaning (website scraping, JS, Make/Zapier, Google Scripts, Python, and similar, possibly with ChatGPT support)
  • CRM usage experience (HubSpot or similar)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (C1)
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and engage with prospects effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and creatively to develop new outreach methods and lead sources


You will be responsible for:

1. Target List and Value Messaging:

  • Ideate possible prospect sources based on campaign criteria (ICP, Buyer persona, Value Proposition Canvas)
  • Create prospect lists through creative online research including social media, event pages, and all means available
  • Create personalised messaging based on your understanding of the market, our client insights for the specific niche, and our value proposition

2. Outbound Sales Activities:

  • Initiate contact with prospects via cold and semi-cold emails, calls and LinkedIn messages.
  • Utilize automation tools such as LinkedIn Helper, LinkedIn Navigator and HubSpot (among others) to streamline outreach efforts.
  • Execute follow-up strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel.

3. Your Pipeline Management:

  • Monitor and control the sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Transition automated communication to direct conversations after initial engagement.
  • Conduct conversations on platforms like LinkedIn to further qualify leads and schedule meetings.

4. Collaboration and Handoffs:

  • Collaborate with BDMs and other team members to transition warm leads.
  • Schedule meetings for BDMs with qualified prospects.
  • Provide lead information and context to ensure smooth handoff and facilitate learning.

5. Performance, Insights and Learnings:

  • Reach specified sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and lead interactions in CRM.
  • Unearth, document and discuss insights and learnings from your market interactions that help the Growth Team and the wider organisation to further develop our offerings, and improve our service-market fit (we are a constantly learning organisation at heart).
