ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Key responsibilities
- Strengthening cooperation with the client by reviewing agreements, identifying improvements, and implementing changes.
- Planning and monitoring the project budget and initiatives aimed at increasing revenue.
- Leading and developing a team of team leaders, including coaching, performance monitoring, and task delegation.
- Reviewing operational reports and ensuring high efficiency across the project.
- Designing and managing outbound sales campaigns to support business goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients.
- Supporting team leaders in enforcing policies, resolving issues, and conducting development conversations.
WYMAGANIA:
Candidate profile
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in call center environments, especially outbound projects, is a strong advantage.
- Experience in team management.
- Fluent Polish and good command of English.
- Familiarity with tools used for outbound calling.
- Strong coaching skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lublin with a flexible schedule.
