Outbound Sales Operations Manager
The Operations Manager I is responsible for the sales project and for coaching and supervising a group of team leaders. The person in this position is also responsible for managing outbound sales campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Service Excellence: Analyze client agreements and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through effective planning and budgeting.
- Team Leadership: Train and develop the team; manage performance and task assignments.
- Operational Management: Oversee operational reports and maintain high performance standards.
- Outbound Sales Campaign Management: Develop and manage outbound sales campaigns to drive sales growth and meet organizational targets.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients for better collaboration.
- Leadership Guidance: Ensure consistent policy application and address performance issues.
- Coaching: Conduct one-on-ones for performance reviews and development.
- Engagement: Create a positive work environment and resolve employee issues professionally.
- Cross-Function Collaboration: Work with other departments (training, HR, Quality, WFM, TA) to address issues and enhance performance.
- Client Success: Implement best practices and adjust staffing to exceed client expectations.
- Team Management: Lead a team of leaders effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: + 1.5 years in a similar position and previous experience in a call center (outbound) preferred.
- Language skills: Polish (native) + English (B2)
- Technical skills: Experience in working with tools designed for outbound calls.
- Coaching & Improvement: Strong coaching skills and ability to enhance processes.
- Resilience & Communication: Work well under pressure and communicate effectively.
- Project Management: Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule from out office inLublin.
