ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Key responsibilities

• Strengthening cooperation with the client by reviewing agreements, identifying improvements, and implementing changes.
• Planning and monitoring the project budget and initiatives aimed at increasing revenue.
• Leading and developing a team of team leaders, including coaching, performance monitoring, and task delegation.
• Reviewing operational reports and ensuring high efficiency across the project.
• Designing and managing outbound sales campaigns to support business goals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients.
• Supporting team leaders in enforcing policies, resolving issues, and conducting development conversations.

• At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in call center environments, especially outbound projects, is a strong advantage.
• Experience in team management.
• Fluent Polish and good command of English.
• Familiarity with tools used for outbound calling.
• Strong coaching skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lublin with a flexible schedule.
