Outbound Call Centre Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls (minimum 50 calls per day required to qualify for the base salary).
- Perform structured outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and book introductory meetings with decision-makers.
- Follow up on leads from webinars, events, and marketing initiatives when required.
- Map the pharmaceutical market: MAHs, CMOs, distributors, technology partners, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Identify key decision-makers and evaluate potential business opportunities.
- Continuously gather and update information about client accounts.
- Document insights and account data in the CRM.
- Apply Nubinno’s qualification criteria to assess prospect fit, interest, timeline, and use case.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of early-stage opportunities.
- Support Account Executives with pre-call research and account intelligence.
- Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives.
- Share feedback on outreach performance, messaging, and market dynamics.
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training to stay current with Nubinno’s service offerings.
- Log all outreach activity thoroughly in Zoho CRM (calls, emails, notes, updates).
- Provide weekly reports on performance, pipeline status, and insights.
- Track SAL conversion metrics and continuously improve outreach efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in outbound sales, telesales, SDR/BDR roles, or similar (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication skills - clear, confident, and persuasive.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Ability to perform at least 50 outbound calls per day reliably and consistently.
- Curiosity and strong research abilities to understand complex client environments.
- Proficiency in organising leads, identifying opportunities, and handling objections.
- Comfortable working with KPIs, CRM systems, and structured processes.
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
