Job Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you will generate new business by qualifying leads and driving campaigns to increase and expand engagement with legal and IT teams across the Asia Pacific region (Australia, SE Asia, India, Korea and Japan). This includes developing each qualified lead, passing to the partnered Account Executive, and helping solve prospective customers’ problems using Relativity’s cloud technology, RelativityOne.

Job Responsibilities

  • Qualify and develop outbound sales leads for core cloud and generative AI products.
  • Analyse business opportunities and develop strategic plans for outreach.
  • Develop outreach campaigns to produce new sales prospects through multiple mediums (email, phone, BASHO).
  • Maintain meticulous tracking of communication with prospective customers in our CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations between account executives and potential customers.
  • Partner with account executives and sales leaders to gather and design industry‑specific data to guide conversations and develop a strategic approach to target accounts.
  • Work across the sales department to roll out new initiatives or product go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Close cooperation and coordination with the entire sales team (account executives, sales engineers, marketing, sales management).
  • Be target‑driven—motivation to reach and exceed activity quotas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business‑related experience: sales, client‑facing, consulting.
  • Experience with inside sales, B2B sales, lead generation, prospecting, fundraising.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research, planning, and social selling.
  • Knowledge of B2B structure (buying centre analysis, purchasing processes).
  • Experience with SalesLoft and MS Office.
  • Experience guiding business objectives and interpreting data to tell a story.
  • Possibility to develop into an Enterprise Sales Professional in the tech industry.
  • Business fluent in English; Japanese, Chinese or Korean is a plus.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 83 000 and 125 000 PLN, depending on experience and internal pay equity.
