WYMAGANIA:

Proficiency in Italian, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Previous experience in OTC - nice to have

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Technical proficiency with relevant software applications and CRM systems
