Tasks:

• Manage and process OTC transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Maintain detailed records of transactions and communications for audit purposes
• Provide exceptional service to clients in Italian, addressing their needs promptly and professionally

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proficiency in Italian, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Previous experience in OTC - nice to have
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Technical proficiency with relevant software applications and CRM systems
