OTC Team Leader

We are currently looking for an experienced OTC Team Leader who will be responsible for managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and leading a high-performing team within a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the OTC team (performance management, recruitment, goal setting
- Oversee and improve O2C processes including billing, cash collection, cash application and dispute management
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives
- Monitor operational performance, prepare KPI reports and present results to leadership
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, controls, SLAs and quality standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in OTC / Accounts Receivable, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of OTC/AR processes
- Experience working in a dynamic, international environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools
