OTC Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced Order-to-Cash Team Leader to oversee daily operations, support process excellence, and guide a team of specialists across multiple markets. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong financial process knowledge and a passion for continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial or O2C/B2C processes.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
- University degree (Bachelor’s or higher preferred).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (min. B2).
- Natural leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.

,[Oversee the end-to-end O2C activities, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery aligned with KPIs and SLAs., Act as the main escalation point for operational issues within the O2C cycle., Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation., Review AR-related balance sheet reconciliations and validate journal entries., Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with financial policies., Drive process harmonization and improvement initiatives across regions., Contribute to operational projects and ongoing business tasks., Manage and develop a team of O2C specialists, ensuring effective workload distribution and high-quality execution of daily tasks., Oversee team performance, provide feedback, and implement actions to strengthen results., Handle HR-related matters, including development planning and team engagement., Run regular team meetings, encourage open communication, and foster a positive work atmosphere., Build and maintain strong relationships with local entities during and after transitions., Organize team-building activities and promote a supportive team culture., Serve as the primary contact for local affiliates and key business partners., Collaborate closely with GBS leadership and ensure alignment with organizational expectations., Communicate priorities clearly and translate management decisions into actionable guidance for the team.
