Qualifications
- 2 years of collection experience preferably
- Italian and English at least at level B2 (as per clients communication purposes)
- Focus on details and cash
- Ability to priorities their own work independently
- Excel skills for reading and preparing reports
Responsibilities
- Chasing clients for invoices that need to be paid
- Make sure the ledger is clear
- Control the ageing buckets
- Customer orientation and proactive approach
