Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through both email (85%) and phone (15%) communication in DACH region
- Handle orders, returns, deliveries and billing-related inquiries
- Collaborate closely with logistics, finance and sales departments
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer information
- Escalate and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvements within the Order‑to‑Cash cycle
Requirements:
- Customer Service experience - at least 1 year (office / international, corporate environment)
- English - B2
- German - B2
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to have / optional:
- Professional experience in the Order To Cash processes
- Familiarity with other European languages
