OtC Specialist with French

• Creates sales orders and sends order confirmations to customer
• Reviews and completes orders in SAP
• Manages invoices for technicians interventions and issues credit notes
• Aligns production units, sales department, logistics/shipping, warehouse, or logistics carrier personnel to expedite or trace shipments
• Prepares invoices, shipping documents
• Creates and transmits invoices electronically
• Monitors outstanding debt and contacts customers if necessary
• Implements provision policies, adjusting and executing required write-offs
• Processes incoming and outgoing payments and contacts customers in case of questions
• Executes internal controls
• Participates in process development (bringing up new ideas)
• Recognizes and communicates development opportunities in processes
