In a nutshell
At our Center of Excellence in Krakow, we are looking for a detail‑oriented and highly motivated OtC Specialist to reinforce our OtC Team.
What you will be doing
- Creating and transmitting invoices electronically
- Monitoring outstanding debt and following up with customers if necessary
- Executing provision policies, adjusting and executing required write‑offs
- Processing incoming and outgoing payments and contacting customers in case of questions
- Executing internal controls
- Participating in process development (bringing up new ideas)
- Recognizing and communicating development opportunities in processes
Your education & experience
- At least 2–3 years of experience in the area of OtC/AR
- Master/Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics field
- Very good command of Polish and English (min. B2/C1)
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel)
- Experience in working with SAP
Nice to have
- Good command of other language such as: German, French, Italian, or Spanish
