Requirements:

• Fluent Polish (min. C1), English min. B2
• Bachelors degree
• Experience in O2C would be an advantage
• Good Excel knowledge (preparation of reports, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Basic knowledge of SAP

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all tasks are performed as per SLA/KPI
• Perform cash application, maintenance, refunds, reconciliation, reporting and follow up on open items
• Handle email and phone queries
• Update SOPs
• Identify improvements
