OTC Junior Accountant with German

Company: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź

Requirements:

1. 1 year of experience in OTC domain
2. Knowledge of English and German at least at B2 level
3. Higher education (e.g. accounting/finance would be an asset)
4. Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong customer orientation
7. Working knowledge of SAP would be an asset

Responsibilities:

1. Manage activities in German
2. Responsible for managing and collection all the outstanding accounts receivables
3. Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
4. Cash application
5. Deductions management
6. Orders management (review/unblocking)
7. Credit limit review
8. Performing period/year end closing activities for Invoice to Customer process
9. Creation and update of process documentation
10. Building relationship with external customers
11. Maintaining and reconcile AR accounts
