Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in OTC domain
• Knowledge of English and German at least at B2 level
• Higher education (e.g. accounting/finance would be an asset)
• Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer orientation
• Working knowledge of SAP would be an asset

Responsibilities:

• Manage activities in German
• Responsible for managing and collection all the outstanding accounts receivables
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
• Cash application
• Deductions management
• Orders management (review/ unblocking)
• Credit limit review
• Performing period/year end closing activities for Invoice to Customer process
• Creation and update of process documentation
• Building relationship with external customers
• Maintaining and reconcile AR accounts
