Job Description:

Your Role

1. Assessing New Customer Credit Risk (in line with agreed procedures)
2. Managing the requested new Credit Limit requests
3. Managing the requested new Credit Limit extension requests
4. Creation of New Customer Accounts
5. Management of existing Customer accounts with Aptiv ERP landscape
6. Utilising Aptiv Credit Admin rules to review new orders exceeding approved credit limits, escalating & managing Order Releases
7. Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements
8. Updating and reviewing desktop procedures
9. Ensure Key Metrics are met and service is delivered to end users Functions
10. Communication and co-operation with other departments
11. Providing required information and documentation for external and internal audit
12. Supporting Billing and Reporting Team tasks

Your Background

1. Min 1 to 2 + years’ experience in OTC processes
2. Very good command of English language (min. B2)
3. Good knowledge of SAP
4. Effective customer relationship and business partnering skills
5. Ability to keep information strictly confidential
6. Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics (preferred)
