OTC Collection Specialist with Greek

Qualifications
- Higher education (e.g., accounting/finance an asset)
- 2 years experience in OTC domain
- English & Greek C1 level (essential for client communication)
- Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to contact customers by phone
Responsibilities
- Manage collection activities and be responsible for collecting debt
- Contact clients and discuss overdue payments
- Prepare and present reports of collection activities and progress
- Build relationship with external customers
- Maintain and reconcile AR accounts
- Collaborate closely with the Client and other departments
