Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Finance Transformation, you will help clients develop strategies that create and sustain competitive advantages. You will identify the necessary strategic capabilities and assess client performance gaps to drive comprehensive transformation recommendations.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Support Market Process Design: Assist in applying the global OtC process blueprint to the local market, ensuring minimal localization and adherence to design principles.
  • Workstream Expertise: Provide subject matter input for your assigned OtC workstream (Credit, Collections, Cash Application, Disputes, Trade Spend/Promotions). Collaborate with other SMEs to maintain cross‑tower connectivity and coherence.
  • Compliance & Validation: Validate that local process designs comply with global standards and identify any mandatory local deviations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in discussions with market teams, project leads, and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and align expectations.
  • Escalation Support: Act as a secondary escalation point for your workstream, ensuring timely resolution of design‑related queries.
  • Knowledge Continuity: Maintain accurate documentation and share knowledge within the squad to ensure consistent interpretation of process maps, TOM, RACIs, and governance standards.
  • Technology Integration: Support integration of technology solutions (SAP, High Radius, EY Connect, BPM workflows) into the OtC process design.
  • Dependency Monitoring: Collaborate with Process, Technology, OCM, and Data teams to identify interdependencies and prevent downstream issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to the completeness and accuracy of global artefacts such as playbooks, process maps, and transition documents.
  • Transition Support: Assist in transition readiness activities, including early SME onboarding and operational stabilization during hypercare.
  • Risk Awareness: Highlight potential risks and support mitigation actions to maintain project timelines and deliverables.

This position requires consultative skills, excellent communication skills, project leading skills, ability to work under time pressure, expertise in technology – including cognitive tools, intelligent workflows, etc.

Preferred Education

Master’s Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Detailed understanding of O2C process is a must
  • Proven track record for leading & implementing O2C process transition and transformation.
  • Proven business impact based on lead transformation projects
  • General understanding of F&A business process
  • Experience in deployments or working on platforms like HighRadius in OtC area

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Solid understanding of SAP ECC/ S4 and High Radius capabilities as an asset
  • At least 6 years’ experience in Finance / BPO environment
