Qualifications
- Knowledge of English and German at least B2 level.
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable with additional relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- University graduate.
- Strong skills in MS Office or equivalent.
- Specialist knowledge in one or more areas of Accounts Receivable.
- Good accounting analysis skills.
- Independent working in a non‑structured environment.
- Prior experience leading process improvement projects.
- ERP experience mandatory (MS Dynamics asset).
- Excellent language command and customer management skills for collections.
Key Activities
- Execute day‑to‑day operational tasks in billing, cash application, and accounts receivable.
- Deliver within agreed timelines and adhere to SLAs.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Train team members on processes and domain requirements.
- Ensure quality of deliverables.
- Perform day‑to‑day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy.
- Act as SME for the AP process.
- Follow documented procedures and maintain active communication.
- Maintain good typing, analytical, and communication skills.
