OTC Accountant with German Miejsce pracy: Wrocław Recruitment for For our client, a global healthcare company based in Wrocław, we are looking for an OTC Accountant with German to support their Order-to-Cash operations within the Shared Service Center. The role focuses on processes such as cash application, billing, and credit & collections, ensuring accurate posting of transactions in SAP and supporting day-to-day accounts receivable activities. Your responsibilities Processing and posting incoming payments (cash application) in SAP Contacting customers to clarify payment details and resolve discrepancies Supporting billing activities, including creating and issuing sales invoices in line with market requirements Monitoring and analyzing overdue invoices and supporting credit & collection activities Reviewing customer accounts and performing account reconciliations Updating customer master data and maintaining accurate records in the system Preparing and analyzing basic reports related to accounts receivable and O2C processes Responding to queries via the ticketing system and cooperating with internal stakeholders Supporting other team members with daily O2C operational tasks Performing other ad hoc tasks related to the Order-to-Cash process as required Employer requirements 2–3 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) processes Experience in the SSC environment Professional education, Academic degree or equivalent diploma in relevant subject matter (Economics, Finance and Accounting, Polish Accountants Association) Ability to work in a team Ability to set priorities and self-manage high volume workload Good analytical skills with ability to organize and analyze data Ability to work with ERP systems (knowledge of SAP) Ability to work in Microsoft Office or related environment (in particular practical knowledge of MS Excel) Fluency in the English language in the business environment (C1) Fluency in the German language in the business environment What employer offers Opportunity to join an international healthcare organization and gain experience in a global SSC environment Short-term project (3-6 months) with the possibility of extension depending on business needs Flexible form of cooperation via Devire Hybrid work model (1 day per week in the Wrocław office, remaining days remote) Flexible working hours (start between 6:30 and 10:00) Opportunity to work with experienced teams and develop expertise in Order-to-Cash processes and SAP Devire Devire is an international company specializing in recruitment, outsourcing and employer branding services.
