The Architecture Engineering and Emerging Technology (AEET) team at EY GDS focuses on addressing daily security challenges and crafting solutions through a blend of human expertise, processes, and technology, aiming to enhance security decision-making and cost-efficiency in risk management. Were seeking professionals to play the key role in Operational Technology security projects, contribute to proposals, and devise OT security strategies, providing crucial implementation and advisory support in securing IT/OT infrastructures for our clients.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the Cyber Security or OT Security Domain
• Comprehensive expertise in OT-ICS security processes
• Knowledge on cyber risk management, and information security and control concepts, as well as TCP/IP and concepts of OSI layer and protocols
• Solid grasp of Microsoft and Linux OS
• Experience with IT infrastructure and Networking, including Firewalls and IDS/IPS
• Familiarity with OT cyber threats and vulnerabilities
• Exposure on monitoring solutions like Claroty and Nozomi Networks, Armis, Azure IoT Defender
• Practical experience in Cyber Security Assessments

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Prior experience working alongside delivery leads and architects to identify and manage risks
• Experience conducting OT Security Assessments
• Understanding of technologies (typical assets, communication protocols, technical architectures) utilized by OT/ICS systems and networks
• Knowledge of the technical security solutions utilized within OT/ICS systems and networks (Network Segmentation, Defence in depth, Zero Trust)
• Knowledge about Cybersecurity Solutions like IDS/IPS, SIEM, NGFW
• Knowledge of OT/ICS Security standards, frameworks, and normatives, including ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NIST-CSF, NERC-CIP, NIS2 directive
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, ISO 27018, PCI – DSS, NIST standards on Cyber Security, HITRUST, etc. is a plus
• Knowledge on new disruptive technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), AI
• Certifications IEC62443, GICSP, CCNA, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent (technology-based)
