Job Title: OT Security Officer (on-site WAW)

Contract Length: Annually Renewable Contract

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. No fully remote working. Minimum 2 days per week working from the Warsaw office is required.

Job Description

New role due to a resignation on the team. The OT Security Officer works to support the development and application of OT Cyber Security requirements and is responsible for completion of OT Cybersecurity Risk Assessment, tracking of remediations and evidence gathering related to this in support of the OPS transfer process.

The OT Security Officer is responsible for supporting development of risk assessments, remediation and mitigation planning, supporting SMEs in other teams in understanding OT Security requirements, and describing and advising on implementation of appropriate security controls and prioritization.

The project will be managed from Denmark, but work will be primarily from Poland. Travel to Vietnam, Denmark, and other countries is expected. On-site work at the Warsaw office is an absolute requirement. Candidates who are not able to work from the Warsaw office a minimum of 2 days per week will be rejected. Location and on-site availability must be clearly indicated on the CV.

The OT Security Officer supports development of OT Cyber Security requirements, completes OT Cybersecurity Risk Assessments, tracks remediations and gathers evidence related to the OPS transfer process, and describes and advises on implementation of appropriate security controls and prioritization. Works to support development of risk assessments, remediation and mitigation planning, and SMEs in understanding OT Security requirements.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should be up to date with Polish NI2 legislation
• Hands-on experience with OT Security
• 5+ years of work experience with or adjacent to operational technologies
• Good understanding of SCADA, PLC, and automation networks is essential
• Strong knowledge of security concepts and frameworks (IEC 62443, ISO 27000) related to OT systems
• Understanding of legislation relating to Critical National Infrastructure
• Experience with implementation of complex solutions in challenging environments
• Experience working in complex teams
• Experience as an end user of solutions, particularly in an operational environment

Additional and desired knowledge and experience

• Understanding of network and systems security, systems and network configuration, and application security
• Exposure to the energy industry, especially any dealings with national critical infrastructure
