Responsibilities
- Conduct and participate in OT projects as a cybersecurity expert, developing concepts, solutions, and methodologies required to achieve project goals.
- Support the management of a security engineering team, delegating tasks, supervising project execution, and fostering the professional development of team members.
- Develop new OT security solutions, identify market trends, and adapt the company offering to evolving client requirements.
- Prepare commercial offers, defining scope, estimating costs, and scheduling OT cybersecurity projects.
- Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting benefits and efficiency.
- Participate in negotiations and meetings with clients and business partners, build and maintain business relationships, and cooperate with sales and marketing.
- Create and implement an OT security strategy, prepare technical documentation, and manage the security project lifecycle.
- Test security solutions, including the results of EY’s proprietary Proof of Concept method and R&D in the OT/IoT laboratory.
- Configure and optimize cyber security, ensuring compliance with best industry practices.
- Monitor project budgets, ensure profitability, and optimize costs associated with implementing security solutions.
- Utilize EY.AI to enhance analysis, data work, and innovation throughout daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of OT security standards IEC62443 and NIST 800-82.
- Product certification ownership.
- Experience working with large international clients on global projects.
- Knowledge of operating system and application security in OT environments.
- Knowledge of identity and access management systems in OT environments and experience implementing access control, authentication, and authorization policies.
- Practical knowledge of OT environments (ICS/PLC/SCADA/DCS), including architecture, communication protocols, and specific security requirements.
- Ability to analyze technical documentation and create compliant documentation for projects.
- Experience managing a team of engineers and leading projects, including planning, supervision, and progress control.
- Sales and quotation skills, including preparation of offers, negotiation, and technical presentations for clients.
- Project budgeting skills and cost optimization for security solution implementation.
- English language proficiency at a level sufficient for client communication and reading technical documentation (B2 minimum).
