In this role, you will serve as the primary OT cybersecurity subject matter expert within Security Operations (SecOps), advising and supporting the broader OT Security teams and plant operations stakeholders to ensure strong protection of our manufacturing environments. You will work closely with engineering groups responsible for implementing OT controls while helping shape enhancements, monitoring maturity, and strengthen incident handling. You will also help advance OT threat detection capabilities and ensure SecOps has the tooling, context, and visibility needed to protect OT environments. If you are passionate about OT cybersecurity, partnering across organizations, and elevating industrial protections through strategic advisory work, we want to hear from you. **Job specific requirements:** - 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 3 years focused on OT cybersecurity engineering, OT monitoring, or OT incident response.- Practical experience applying MITRE ATT&CK for ICS and other industrial threat frameworks.- Strong familiarity with SIEM platforms and OT logging/telemetry sources.Experience tuning and validating OT detections and monitoring capabilities.- Experience supporting or advising on OT cybersecurity incidents.- Familiarity with industrial control systems, manufacturing technologies, and OT network architectures.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash is highly preferred.- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Demonstrated ability to influence and guide cross-functional stakeholders.At Mondelēz International, our purpose is to empower people to snack right through offering the right snack, for the right moment, made the right way.
