Our Accentures OT cybersecurity team helps clients protecting their industrial environments and critical infrastructure from cyber threats. An OT / ICS security consultant provides advisory and technical expertise to help our clients securely design and deploy industrial control systems and operational technology. You will provide subject matter expertise and utilize your business acumen to work collaboratively with our clients to advise, design, build and implement pragmatic industrial control system security solutions.
Our Team Members are expected to define security requirements, analyze, and understand the client security posture and formulate right-sized solutions based on industry leading practices tailored to their specific industries.
THE WORK:
- Drive growth by performing analysis of Industrial Control Systems (SCADA/DCS/IIoT) architecture and infrastructure in the context of cybersecurity.
- Design and implement cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions for Industrial Control Systems.
- Support our ICS security projects within a Security Transformation program.
- Develop ICS Control Frameworks based on industry best practices and international/national standards.
- Empower clients by implementing or improving ICS security management processes, ensuring long-term success in their organizations.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Requirements:
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Understanding of OT / ICS systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC, EMS, etc.).
- Understanding of basic OT and IT cybersecurity concepts (e.g. defence in depth, segregation, monitoring).
- Awareness of OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks (IEC ISA 99/62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF, ISO27001, etc.).
- Interest in cybersecurity and desire for continuous improvement in this area.
- Ability to author technical and non-technical documents for varying audiences in English.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Knowledge of network security design and technologies.
- Higher degree (Bachelor or Master) in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Cybersecurity, Computer Science (IT) or similar.
